October 21, 2009 H1N1 vaccine update: Limited amounts of the H1N1 vaccine have begun to arrive in Wisconsin. Public vaccination clinics are starting to be scheduled in some areas. Go to the 2-1-1 Flu Clinic Locator button to see when clinics are being held in your community. Please continue to visit this site for more information.

Know the Symptoms of Influenza

  • Fever (usually high)
  • Headache
  • Extreme tiredness
  • Dry cough
  • Sore throat
  • Runny or stuffy nose
  • Muscle aches
  • Stomach symptoms, such as nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea, also can occur but are more common in children than adults
